Registration Begins on March 1, 2019
Please download our Camp Adventure Registration Packet for more details and information. All pages of the packet must be completed and submitted before a child is considered registered. Those forms include the Registration Form, Emergency Contact Sheet; Camp Health Record; the Policy & Behavior Acknowledgement Form; and the Photo Release Form.. Children will not be permitted to attend Camp Adventure until ALL forms have been completed and accepted by our staff.
Fees for Camp Adventure are $199.00 per child, per week.
All fees are payable prior to the start of each week session. We offer discounts for our families (i.e. early registration by June 1st, multiple weeks, and pay-in-full). In addition, families that enroll in our automatic payment option will receive a one-time $10 discount. ll weekly fees must be paid in full at least one week prior to the week to be attended. Those not paid will not be included on the roster, as there is limited space available on buses.
Financial aid in the form of camperships is available on a first come, first served and limited basis. Financial aid forms must be picked up at the Club, and returned fully completed to be considered. The forms will require information regarding household size, household income, and a statement of need. Proof of all income will also be required for campership award consideration. You may submit your most current tax return, utility bills, car notes, pay stubs, etc. as proof of income and need. Incomplete financial aid form will not be considered. Completed financial aid forms with all supporting documentation due no later than Friday, June 14, 2019. Campership awards will be announced by Friday, June 21, 2019.

Transportation will be provided from the Boys & Girls Club to Camp Adventure and back to the Club each day, however it is the family's responsibility to drop children off at the Club between 9:00 - 9:30 a.m. For families in the Averill Park area or those that prefer to provide their own transportation, children must be dropped off at Camp Adventure no earlier than 8:00 a.m.
Route: Rensselaer/West Sand Lake: The bus leaves the Club at 9:30 a.m. sharp and proceeds North on Broadway to Washington Ave. The bus then continues on Washington Ave. out of the city and crosses Route 4 in North Greenbush and onto Route 43 East. The bus then continues East on Rt. 43 through Sand Lake and into Averill Park. In Averill Park, we bear right on Eastern Union Turnpike to Holcomb Rd. At Holcomb Rd. we turn right and continue on Holcomb to the intersection with 2nd Dyke Rd. We then take a right on 2nd Dyke Rd. and a left into Camp Adventure.
Breakfast and early drop-off is available for campers. Register for breakfast and drop your child off as early as 7:00 a.m. for no additional charge. We will provide a nutritious breakfast and quiet activities until departure for Camp Adventure.
