FACILITY RENTALS

The Camp Adventure facility is available on weekends to rent for your private gathering. When you book the facility for your event, you have access to all areas, including the beach and swimming area. Bring in a caterer, or bring your own food. A residential grade kitchen is available for heating or cooling your food items along with a large charcoal cooking grill.

 

You will also have access to the Camp’s equipment for your recreational needs. Our covered pavilion can seat up to 300 people and is furnished with picnic tables, or you can choose to erect a party tent and rent banquet type tables and chairs.

 

The site will be available only on the day of your event from as early as 8:00 am. You must vacate the site by dusk however as there is no exterior lighting outside of the pavilion. You will be responsible for removing your trash and placing it in the on site dumpster, and to return the site to the condition you found it.

 

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Rensselaer County Facility is located on Broadway in Rensselaer.  The cost to rent the club it is $55.00 per hour and can be rented out Monday through Thursday 8:00am – 2:30pm and weekends at any time when available.
