Your Child is Important
We offer After School Express with the objective of providing supervision and guidance at a time when you, as a parent/guardian, are unable to.
We Care
If you enrolled your child in this program it is because you care too. Please carefully read this pamphlet and go over some of the basic rules and behavior expectations with your child so he/she may continue to enjoy the benefits this program has to offer.
Be Courteous
We expect this of the children, therefore, we expect it of the parents and our staff. If you or your child has a problem please ask for a private consultation with our program supervisor. Your problem will be dealt with promptly and in a suitable manner.
Field Trips
When field trips are scheduled, permission slips and notification will be sent home and posted in advance. If you choose not to have your child participate, please make other arrangements for that day.
Walking Field Trips
At the beginning of the school year, you will be asked to sign a permission slip for walking trips (close to the Club). These trips may take place any day or any time the staff decides. A note stating the place and time of return will be posted on the door so you will know where your child is, should you decide to pick him/her up early.

Rules & Guidelines
We believe that our childcare program should be a “POSITIVE” growing experience for your child. Please help us to be able to continue with this standard by making your payments on a weekly basis and by reviewing basic rules of courteous behavior with your child.
Please take the time to review basic cooperative and courteous behavior with your child. If our staff should encounter behavioral difficulties with your child, you will be notified. Depending on the severity and number of occurrences, our staff will make the appropriate determination on a course of action to be taken. This may range from removing a child from a specified activity to suspension from the program.
Please do not allow your child to bring in any personal items such as games, electronic devices or toys. We will have adequate supplies to carry out the planned activities.
We ask that every person visiting or participating in activities at our facility to remove any headgear before entering the Club.
