Rental Facilities

Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Rensselaer County offers lakeside facilities to rent at Camp Adventure for weddings or small events. The Rensselaer Clubhouse is also available to rent. Scroll through all of our options below!

Enjoy Your Lakeside Wedding

Camp Adventure is available on weekends to rent for your weddings and large scale events! You will have access to all areas, including the beach and swimming area. Bring in a caterer, or bring your own food. A residential grade kitchen is available for heating or cooling your food items along with a large charcoal cooking grill. Our covered pavilion can seat up to 300 people and is furnished with picnic tables, or you can choose to erect a party tent and rent banquet type tables and chairs.

 

Wedding rentals are available for $1,400 per day. (8:00 am-8:00 pm) Every additional hour will be charged at $100 per hour. Large scale events of 100 people or more will require an event planner or day of event coordinator as a point of contact. The Club recommends Suzique Events for event planning, you may also email suziqueevents@gmail.com. A lifeguard can also be provided at $100 per hour. 

 

The site will be available on the day of your event as early as 8:00 am and the site must be vacated by dusk as there is no exterior lighting. You will be responsible for removing your trash by placing it in the on site dumpster and to return the site to the condition you found it.​

The Perfect Spot for your Small Event.

Camp Adventure is available on weekends to rent for small events! You have the same access to all areas, including the beach and swimming area. Bring in a caterer, or bring your own food. A residential grade kitchen is available for heating or cooling your food items along with a large charcoal cooking grill. Our covered pavilion can seat up to 300 people and is furnished with picnic tables, or you can choose to erect a party tent and rent banquet type tables and chairs.

The rental cot is $100 per hour / $600 per day. *Minimum rental is 5 hours. If more than 100 people, it is considered a large scale event and will go to $1,400 per day and will require an event planner. A lifeguard can also be provided at $100 per hour.

Rent the Rensselaer Clubhouse!

Boys and Girls Club of Southern Rensselaer County, opened in 1952, is a facility based year round on youth development. The Rensselaer Clubhouse is located at 544 Broadway in Rensselaer and may be rented out Monday through Thursday, 8:00am – 2:30pm, and weekends at any time when available. Spaces in the facility include: Gymnasium, Bathrooms, Kitchen, Game Room, Classrooms, Storage, and Meeting Room. 
 

Rental Costs:
$125 per hour (2 hour minimum) 
- $25 discount for Rensselaer resident
- $25 discount for youth-serving, non-profit organizations. 
General meeting space usage, determined by event.
